     Ayla Solaris is an independent artist, animator, and storyteller. They are heavily influenced by nature, travel, and sustainability.

     Entering the public school system at age ten, after spending years on a nature preserve in the mountains of Oregon, gave them the perspective and inspiration to make art focused on themes of equality, positivity, and diversity. After graduating from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2018, they worked as a Production Assistant on a feature film Jungleland (2019) dir. Max Winkler. They have taught art, featured in galleries, as well as curated and hosted animation shows. Since 2021, they have worked on the Tuttle Twins Show, currently a design coordinator.

     They also post comics and animations to view online for free​, and are working on kickstarting their own production company.
